Can someone tell me why pro quarterbacks have a green sticker on the back of their helmets?

I had never noticed this before but have wondered all season why quarterbacks have the neon green sticker on the back of their helmets? Can anyone tell me? Thanks in advance.

    It signifies that that helmet contains a radio receiver. I believe teams are limited to 2 such helmets.

    I think it's the first season they are doing this.
