Do all GSA Morgans grade at unncirculated minimum?

Not much to add to that, except Happy Holidays all. image

    Happy holidays!!

Regarding the question I would think it might depend on hard or soft pack. Soft no, hard maybe? Just my guess....

I think for the most part, the hard packs are all UNCs, although I have heard of a few that have been bagged for damaged or altered surfaces, Soft packs grade from circ to unc.
  • GSA hardpacks should always grade at least uncirculated, and some have graded as high as ms67. The soft packs can grade from poor to uncirculated, and some have graded as high as ms66.

I've never seen a hard pack coin in any grade less than MS.
