superior price errors common?

Dear experts,
I am new at collecting and usually go with Heritage auctions. I did visit Superior auction and noticed last week a buy now coin worth over 10k priced below $100.00. Such a deal or somethings fishy?

they been many of topic with $100. bin's
just a guess in that it's a marketing approach as no one has ever claimed to actually have such sales completed.
one never knows thou as maybe there is a santy???
