Does this qualify: 1914-D?

Faint, but sure is a "4" on there, right? Is it best to send it in for slabbing, just to be 100% sure it is a 1914-D? Thanks.

What you've got there is a 1918-D. You can tell because "VDB" is on the base of Lincoln's shoulder. No doubt about it.
