This coin is NGC MS64!!! I have recently been interested in the Walker short set...and my good friend Wes(Guitarwes) showed me this coin as an example of "PQ for the grade"....he says to the naked eye it shows almost no surface marks...5x magnification shows scattered light marks (though not much in the prime focal area) more consistent for MS65...but someone at NGC graded this one tight!!! Thanks for your input.
