To slab or not to slab...

Say you go to the bank and ask for a roll of pennies and when you get home
you find they are all wheat ears in AU condition and each cent is worth about $100,
according to the Red Book. You decide to sell them on Ebay; do you spend the $18
each to get them slabbed or do you sell them raw?

What year coins are we talking here?
was this hypothetical or do you have dates in mind?
I would get them graded, but that's just me and my O/C nature.

Yes or it may be worth sending them in singly if they are nice key's for the big $$$$$. and if you did nice pick up's.
Hoard the keys.

If in fact such a roll were obtained from a bank teller, I'd be back in a flash to scoop up every other roll they had available.
60 years into this hobby and I'm still working on my Lincoln set!

Good idea but bulk submissions are only good for MS coins and after 1935 for Lincolns.
