New seated purchase (sort of)

I just picked up an unused capital holder for seated coins, originally designed for seated proofs, as I thought it might be fun to put a raw set together, just for fun.
There are 14 holes (two half dimes, three dimes, 20c, three quarters, three halves, and two dollars), and I have not decided how best to approach this. I am not going to do proofs, but it might be a nifty set for original XF-45 coins, or an S-mint set, or a branch mint set, or a holed set, or a counterstamped set, or, or an AG set, or, well, any other suggestions?

Was it from the bay?
Yes, it was.
Any other suggestions?
