ANACS -- Cleaned

What percentage of coins do you think that ANACS grades as "Cleaned" ? Do you think that their term of "cleaned" is a copout?

I think at ANACS, CLEANED may include the ALTERED SURFACES term that PCGS uses. image

Another question is, "what percentage of coins that ANACS puts into problem-free holders are actually cleaned?"
    When in doubt, don't.

Another question would be what percentage of coins in Anacs holders labeled as "cleaned" get cracked out and slabbed by the "Top Two"
as problem free? Another question would be what percentage of coins in the "top Two" holders have been cleaned and slabbed as problem free?
