Actually, if you don't mind an "instant" 10%, they were great flipping odds.....John Maben and team were offering $2150 on the first day. Nice ~$200 flip. Now, it may be better for those that get the PCGS 70 grades and get them early. Likely to see some killer prices. The 69 grades may be close to issue price though, so it is a risk.
May go up, or down, longer term, but again, for quick flippers, it was possible to do 10% out of the chute.
