Microscopic Photography using a MAC

Does anyone else have a problem finding an ocular platform (camera eyepiece for microscope, etc.) by which extreme microscopic close-ups can be taken? If you've figured out a way go take good close-up pics please share with me... image

Thanks
Ben

I use a CoolPix adapter with a Nikon 990 on my B&L SZ setup. This works reasonably well, though at higher mags the depth of field is not that great. You have to be extremely careful with the focus to get a good image. I'm on another PC now so can't post pics but will post some if you are interested so you can see what this setup does.

  • Probably not exactly what you are talking about, but this photo was taken with a point n shoot camera. Using a magnifing glass sitting on 2 stacks of coins, the camera was on a cheap tripod, and 2 clamp on lights.
