Question for the Plat guys

Do the mints numbers for this years regular bullion eagles appear to be extremely low? Has this been overlooked by all the attention and focus on the W's and the anniversary set?

Until yesterday only 3000 of the 1/10th oz had been reported sold. (added 4000 in Dec) Still 7000 is far and away the low mintage of the series. The other denom's are also much lower mintages than previous years. Link to the mint sales below.

Wondering if I should add some 2007 bullions. Any and all thoughts from the plat experts appreciated.

You should call out for COINBOY or FLBuffalo.

    Or send them PM's.

As has been pointed out to me in the past, these sales figures are NOT mintages. December '06 sales figures likely figure into the '07 mintages, just as some of the sales recorded for this month are likely 2008 coins. That said, the mintages DO look very low to me anyway. If you figure in last December's total and add it to the 3,000 for the 1/10 ounce, that still only gives a mintage of 9,000, which will make it the new bullion key. All the other denominations look low to me, too. If you like this series, I'd snap 'em up.
