question: best way to get mint late 80's/90's cards from unopened

I'm looking to buy some 1987 thru 1993 topps cards and does anybody know the best format to buy? rack, wax, cello, vending? which do you guys think would be the best bet? thanks

Stay away from vending it can be damage many corners. Either rack and cello would be best pick.
