Is there a Dale Murphy RC by himself?

The only ones I've seen thus far are ones with him and other players. I'm assuming there's no RC cards of him by himself???
Atlanta Braves, Charlotte Hornets, Shawn Kemp, Dale Murphy, and Bobby Engram.

Not a big fan of Paisley, Alexander or Cerone? image

He may have a TCMA minor league card. I can't recall right off the top of my head.

There is a Topps Archives card, recreating the '77 rookie with just a big version of the image of Murph. Not really what you're looking for, as such, but still pretty cool.
  • That sucks. Oh well. Guess I'll have to get whichever ones he's got.

    He does.

He did color commentary for the game against the Nationals a couple of days ago. His (very good looking) son proposed to his (even better looking) girlfriend before the game at home plate.

Murphy does not have any minor league cards. The oldest cards of him are either the 77 Topps multi-player or the 78 Coke. I submitted the first 78 Coke to PSA and I guessed it was from '78. At the time, the card was not in the standard card catalog, so really not sure when it was made.

No minor league of Murphy. The 1977 Topps is the first card.

It seems odd that Topps put Murphy on their "Rookie Catchers" card 2 years in a row. It's overkill at that point...

But I really like his 1978 card. All 4 players had decent to great careers. Murphy, Lance Parrish, Bo Diaz, Ernie Whitt. All of them were All-Stars.

MLB,that is amazing. LOL. Yah my post seems silly now after seeing that. By 1969, was he really a Rookie Star or more of a Rookie Bust?
