I know this isn't what you meant, but... we had about four minutes to take our holiday picture this year, we borrowed the set of a local community theater's Christmas play after their last performance, just before they struck the set. When I got home I found that none of the photos had all four kids looking at the camera at the same time. So I took one with three out of four faced properly, and used Photoshop to replace my son Aidan's head with one from another shot (he's the second from the right). I told my wife that this year, we're giving gifts of gold, Frankenstein and myrrh.

Here's a recycled Coin Christmas scene from last year. I didn't cut out Ike's house or decorate it and I forget who did, but I added the snow, the road, the background, Santa and Lucy's car.
