Could be someone who knows how to grade, buys a bunch, then submits.
Wouldn't be that hard if one knows how to grade. Just Grade, Buy, Pre-screen, Submit

These dates are very comman and can be found in high grade fairly easily relative to other dates.

Tom is correct. In fact, after factoring in the cost of the coins, submission fees, and shipping, that order is only marginally profitable.
