OK...so it doesn't have a sticker...but you think the coin is "PQ" for the grade...

It is certified by PCGS...image and you are thinking it is a possible crackout candidate(for those of you that do that sort of thing!)and a lock 64. You want the coin...but how much of a premium are you going to shell out to get that thing in your fat little fingers? Especially when you know that PCGS only thought it is MS63 the first time! Let me also state that the coin doubles in value between the 2 grades! Thoughts?

But we need a coin first!!! image

Edited to add: Ha Ha, gotcha now! Flip a coin, roll some dice, gamble a little! It's all a confidence dilemma.
  • if you think you can grade, then crack it out. remember, the top graders are people too, if they have a bad day, you have a bady day...

no love from the wife, yelled at by the boss, cut-off in traffic, spilled coffee on crotch, wathever the reason may be, they have bad days too. and this like the rest of us does and will affect us at work.

i think if it looks like a shot at a bump up, take it. if it doesnt, send it to another co. and if its a 63 there, maybe go to a 65 elsewhere.

what do i know though, i like the little coins myself...

goodluck and keep us posted on what happens..
