Not a 100% sure but it sounds like you are having trouble with just this one site. Just looking through the error you received it may have to do with "
<< <i>Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0 >>
" I know I recently downloaded/installed this new update from MS from like Version 1.1 to the 2.0 Maybe look through your installed software in the control panel and see if this is listed. You could also send this to your ISP and see what they say. Good luck with it.

firefox.com
opera.com
only takes a moment to download and install them.. then give
them a try.
often internet explorer will fail, another browser will work.. this
pin pointing the problem with either the browser (IE) or the website
itself.
or try on another computer.. to narrow things down!
My home PC would get the error (actually for about a month now) while my work laptop would not. Both units are in my home with the same external accesses.
I resolved it by deleting my David Lawrence Cookies from:
C:Documents and SettingsmyuseridLocal SettingsTemporary Internet Files
I suspect that you have a bad cookie which is causing you this problem.
