I do. I use Collector's Assistant software to catalog everything, with photos or scans, prices paid, dealer's name, etc. The whole
9 yards. I also have almost all of my receipts, but I admit they are not organized. They are all in a large manila envelope.
The software is the best thing I ever did. It makes it easy to update inventory, track prices, etc.

Meticulously, it all fits into one safety deposit box and is less then 25 coins.

all the other coins i have are simply for fun and i really do not count
as a collection. think a box of wheat pennies, a stack of older US bills,
junk silver of all types, a raw half eagle to play around with in hand,
two wheat albums that i aquire coins out of circulation or friends, etc...

I voted "Very well". But like fc, I have a small number of coins that really matter. For those I keep detailed records, receipts, pictures, descriptions, etc.

All 11 coins are perfectly placed and painstakingly categorized to ensure, oh wait, there’s actually 12 coins that are meticulously inventoried, tracked and monitored by our very competent staff.

It is haphazard. Some stuff well organized, some not so. I keep decent records, but the physical organization could be better.
