I'm uncertain either way, so I thought I'd post the pictures here for a comparison and opinions from other members. The strike looks quite similar to me with the surfaces appearing to be somewhat different, but the lighting isn't the same. I guess the reason for my curiosity is because of the tone which, when taking into account the different lighting, is strikingly similar. For the masses, the top coin sold back in September for $100 in an NGC PF67 holder, the bottom coin this past Monday in a PCGS PR66 holder for $90.

The bottom coin has a very small mark on the top of the Jefferson's coat collar, the top coin doesn't have this mark.

You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.
The bottom one has a spot on the shouder and behind the head.
theres also a spot between the R and U in trust on the bottom one.
