    I spoke with Todd Imhof a couple days ago and he told me their IT and E-Commerce guys were literally working 24/7 to address these issues. He said the team is full of very intelligent, consciencious people and he's confident the end result will be fabulous. It seems to me that Heritage has always responded well to constructive criticism and genuine feedback from this chat room.
