How do I look this up? I tried the red book, but I cant find it anywhere. And why does it not say anything about Proof set or uncirculated, or anything like that?

Gottcha, thanks. I didnt realize that private companies could do this. Doesnt seem right to me. Someone puts all the presidents together and markets it as new and makes a buck.
