Best time of year to submit

Wouldn't it be logical that the best time of year to submit coins to PCGS is the two weeks preceeding Christmas? Think about it.

Tis the season to give.
Everyone is thinking about Christmas.
The graders are in a good mood.
Obviously, grading is subjective.

All this equals: A happy grader maybe more prone to give a more favorable grade to a borderline coin.

Is it possible?

(I hope so because I just sent a box in today)

The best time to submit, is when you can submit the best coins.

As for your theory, I hate being at work around the holidays, I want to be anywhere except work, you would not like my grades if I was looking at your coins.
