1835 Half Dime!!!Wishing It Was A Morgan!!!

Another coin out of the collection I just acquired.Same as the other thread,I know squat about these,but i wish it was a Morgan,I'd be in Vam heaven.Check out the die breaks on the reverse and what's going on with the left wing?Any info would be helpful.

    That's a nice example of the 1835 LM-1/V2, with the beginnings of a pretty nice cud at ITE on the reverse. Only an R2 die marriage, but somewhat scarcer than that with the retained cud. Just be greatful that it wasn't a Morgan Dollar. image

    looks like an XF-40 coin. Very nice looking. The 1835 LM-1 is one of the more spectacular reverses in the CBHD series. Plenty to study on that one.
