More Ebay scams...........

Sold some knives last P.M. and one buyer received a fake message about paying for item before I could even get a legit invoice out to him.
No wonder people are getting turned off on Ebay..........

Sorry to hear about your transaction.
The TINY fraction of people "getting turned off" pales in comparison to the massive growth Ebay experiences every day/week/month/year.

  • With a near perfect 6500 feedback I get attenpts to hack or scam my account all the time.
  • Just pay attention, to what's going on, to your account. maybe suggest certian, guidlines on how to pay, for your product.

I received an Email saying I was second high on an auction and the winner had been disqualified so I won. Checked it out and the auction still had 18 hours to go. I remember seeing somewhere on this site that there is a place on Ebay where you can report suspicious Emails. Clicking on "report a phishing or spoof Email" only shows tips on avoiding falling for them. I gave up on reporting it.
    I collect circulated U.S. silver
