has anyone figured out how to get the auction archieves to bring up the right results on Heritage's new site?

The really messed it up. I can all kinds of results, just not the ones I want.

Anyone figured it out?
I seldom check PM's but do check emails often jason@seated.org

    I've been using it tonight with reasonable success. There are however some coins which I know are in the archives which I simply cannot get to come up regardless of the search parameters I use.

    That's frustrating.

    The new system is a disaster. Heritage needs to fix it FAST. This isn't a knock on Heritage. I just don't know what they were thinking and should have tested the system more before going live.

    I thought it was me when I visited the site last night. I hadn't been there in quite some time and just thought I took a stupid pill.

    I agree... it's tough to figure out and then doesn't work well. You have to type exactly the right search terms and the results seem to be many things in addition to the searched items. Don't like it a bit.

    This is what happens when they do what they think people would want, and not doing testing to see what people need. It is just a whole bunch of "cool" features tossed together. Guess they got cheap/lazy and didn't bother to hire a usability person to design their site first. This is a perfect example of what you get when you don't. i am sure that the people in charge of the site think it is great, but I doubt they ever use it.

    There are coins there that I KNOW are on the site, but I cannot find. Guess that is what they want.

    Type in the search term you want and then once that page loads you can select the category you want to be in. It's just like eBay.
