eBay Purchase Question

Need some opinions on what to do.
The easy answer would be just to pay and go on, but something 'feels' wrong.

I won a couple of nickels a few weeks ago, paid via paypal within 2 days and things seemed fine.
After a week the seller asked me to leave feedback, yet I had not recieved the coins.
I told the seller I would leave feedback as soon as the coins arrived.
Another week goes by without the coins arriving.
I completed a 'Report A Problem' via eBay on Friday.
Just a reminder & a request for shipping info.
Yesterday (Saturday) the seller refunded my money. A little odd IMO as 30 days from shipping had not elapsed, nor a "here's when I sent the coins".
But at least I didn't loss any money.
Today I get a payment reminder from eBay to make the payment for these coins & another request from the seller for feedback.

Are payment requests made automatically by eBay, or are they initiated by the seller?
And since I have already made a 'Report a Problem' & the problem was resolved by the refund, if I was to pay again, is this option no longer available?

Again, this deal just feels wrong.

I would just use the mark payment as sent button and forget it.I got one of those reminders the other day after I had returned a coin and recieved a refund.
    Trade $'s
  • They are automatically generated by eBay. Either mark the payment as sent, or just remove it from the 'Items I've Bought' section and you should be fine.
