This seems like a good idea.

Anyone can post their stuff. Maximum price of any item posted here should be $50, but no limit on the number of pieces. When something sells please remove botht he picture and the description from your post.

Each respective obverse and reverse photo must be 600 x 600 or smaller, or the kb equivalent in the event that the photo is extra wide or tall.

To start it off...

Victor was one of the most significant mining towns in Colorado. $48 shipped.

Goldfield was the sight of a huge mining boom in 1903, and remained a hub on Nevada mining for much of the first half of the 20th century. $50 shipped.

This would be a great idea if the responders could hold the photo size down to 600x600 or 700x700 and then delete all details when the item is sold. That way a person would not have to wait forever to see the new items that are listed.

Here are two small items from me:

First is a 1931s Buffalo Nickel ANACS F12. This is a semi key date with a low mintage of 1,200,000 due to the depression. Price: $30

Second is a 1864 2 cent which is raw, and I grade it F12. This coin has a 180 degree rotated reverse! Price: $45

a really neat idea this thread is.... might i make a couple suggestions...

1) Reset every Month and Label the thread title...to keep it clean... like Bargain Bin: January 2008 - Everything Under $50

2) Everyone needs to make sure and keep their listings clean... once sold... remove all images and info to streamline.

but... I like it! need to throw a few things in myself.

10 Mint State Eisenhower Dollars from original Mint Bag. I bought a bag of these about 15 years ago and have given them out as gifts, tips, momento's over the years. I still have about 700 or so left. I am offering this group of 10 for $30 which will include shipping and handling to your address. These are all 1978-P Ike's and they average about MS63. The bag was sewn shut when I bought it. I opened it and have been the only owner since that time. 1953 Proof DDO cent PR 63 RED $50 Delivered. Hard to get a good shot of a Copper Proof, but it has very slight uneven color and fly specks appropriate for a 63 grade. If you do not like it, you ca always return it!
