European Bronze ID Help

Anyone have any identification, attribution or value information on this item? It appears to be bronze, is 19mm and 1.05g, and baffles me. Thanks to everyone on Team Darkside.

It's not technically a coin. It's a German jeton, called a "rechenpfennig". This website is the best online reference I've found for these. According to this site, yours was made by one of the Krauwinkel dynasty of token-masters; I can't tell which one, his name is mostly off the flan.
