IS THIS A VAM ? 1921 PEACE DOLLAR

Here are some pictures of a 1921 peace dollar. There appears to be some doubling on the obverse. The reverse has heavy die polishing along with die clashes and a dot over the one. The legs on the eagle appear to be severed.

Appears to be a VAM 1B, based on the mark above the N in One. Vamworld says:

1 · Aa (Die Gouge Above ONE) I-2 R-5
Reverse Aa– Small die gouge with ovaloid dot shape just above N in ONE.

Rarity: R-5

What about the severed legs?

I agree its a 1B, I have one here at the house with me and looked at it. It has the same die polishing by the legs, but does NOT have the "severed legs" as yours has.
