A couple of Morgan Dollar "Guess The Grades" - Lots of Pics

Both of these coins ARE NOT graded, I'm just looking for some honest opinions as to what they'd grade.

I know the pics aren't the greatest, but they were the best that I could get with my camera.

Both are 1889 Morgans that I'm looking to have graded in the near future.

Coin 1 - This coin has some nasty obverse spotting. Would it be a good candidate for NCS, or is it better left alone?

They look like low-grade uncs (61-62). The black spot on the one could be from the coin not being properly rinsed after a dip. Normally, I'd see no reason to have these graded The thing is, they're both VAM 22, (Far date, die break on top of eagle's right wing). I'd have to dig up some recent pricing history on these, but in PCGS 61 holders my wet-finger estimate is $120 each. DennisH might have actual pricing data on this variety.
