1960 Lincoln proof large or small date help please

Can you tell me which one please. I know it should be very evident but I'm silly tonight.
Also does the date have maching doubling? Inside the 9 and 6

It's a small date.

Top of the 1 should be slightly lower than top of the 9 on the large date. Also, on the large date, the 0 is more round (more like O)

Thank you very much. I thought it was a small date but in the pictures the 0 looked more of a full 0(for lack of a better word)
or maybe I should say thicker 0. This one looks thiner.

As far as the extra piece inside the 9 is that a mechanical doubling?
