88-O Vam 7A warning - Ebay Seller

I ran accross the auction listed below and this is the exact same coin, coin marks, holder, holder number I purchased about a month ago. I emailed the seller to correct it. I just don't want to see someone get screwed thinking they were getting something.

Exact same coin....Did you buy it from this seller and he's using an old pic and had just made
    a simple mistake?

  • options26, did you get a reply from the seller?

rare VAM that should sell high. seller takes returns but with a 10% restocking fee. something sounds stinky to me. thanks for the heads-up.
  • seller has good positive feedback rating. Hmmmm

No response from the seller yet. This was the seller I bought mine from and I do believe it to be a listing mistake. I will let you all know when he responds. With all the excitement recently with the 2 VAM 7A finds, I know this one would have been bid quite high. I didn't want someone getting burned incase this seller does not change his listing.

Just to let you know I had no problems with this seller except my own opinion on people who sell 3rd world slabs.

  • he may have a box of 1888-O's graded MS66 by WCGS and figures "does it really matter which image I use?".

  • He finally replied:

"you're right, it wrong picture, i will pull try to locate the right one
