Is Rare Coin Wholesalers offering a program that's essentially equivalent to stickers?

I was flipping through the latest issue of CW as I'm watching what is arguably the best movie of all time-- the beloved holiday classic, "It's a Wonderful Life" (one of Longacre's all-time favorites). I noticed in CW that Rare Coin Wholesalers is running a program that looks to be essentially equivalent to stickering. The ad has a form that you fill out about your coins (date, mintmark, etc.), and then you send the form and your coins in to RCW, and they evaluate the coins free of charge. The form looks almost exactly like the form that the fourth party grader uses for their submissions. The ad was unclear whether you get some sort of RCW sticker on your coins, or you just get a written or verbal evaluation. Needless to say, I am very disturbed at this point because now I might have to send my coins to a Fifth Party Grader, and incur more shipping costs. Did anyone else see this ad?
