What am I doing wrong? Icon related.

Today is icon upload day right? I'm wanting to change mine. I log in, go to profile, scroll down to the bottom where it says "choose your icon" or whatever. I right click the box, I left click the box in an attempt to clear what's already in the box. All it will allow me to do is select a previously "built" one. Won't give me a blank line in which to paste to. What the heck am I doing wrong? Am I too late? Thanks for any assistance!

I just looked at my profile and it looks like it's not the day or they already turned the feature off becuase there wasn't a drop down that allows you to search your hard drive and upload a file. Sorry
