NGC "No Line Fatty" Question & Toned Washington Quarter

I'm curious as to when these NGC "no line fatty" holders were last made. I know that with the green label, they date back to the 1980's. Here's a Washington I picked up from Teletrade on Monday in one of these holders (appears to be grey label). Thanks!

    Seeing the reverse of the slab will help date it.
    In the meantime, be somewhat careful with NGC (older make) MS66 toned Washington quarters. Many are lackluster and dull.

    The reverse of that holder has the wide hologram that was used in the early to mid1990's.
    The barcode on the obv indicates it's not a real early version. These early hologram holders are like pot luck since they span a
    fairly large period where grading changed drastically. I love finding those w/o the bar code. Those tend to be very nice coins
    if not picked over.

    Very nice! Appears to be conservatively graded.

    As far as post NGC "fatty" slabs...
    I was having some luck early this year with NGC graded Washingtons & Franklins, most of them graded sometime between November, 2006 & February, 2007. I usually buy 65 or better, but here's a nice looking '54S (I bought) graded 64;

    For comparison, here's a recently graded 64 (I did not buy). The grading appears to have loosened up again. True, it may have more luster, but with these hits, I'll go with the satin look of the one above.
