I have seen a Laced Lips CBH, but a Laced Lips Lincoln?

Really odd die polish lines (I assume) on this 1990 Lincoln gives him a sure Laced Lips designation.

    I went to a nightclub once when it was "fetish night" -- they had someone sew up the lips of someone else for our entertainment.
