I agree , it looks harshly cleaned... evidenced by the horizontal hairline scratches on the obverse and reverse fields. It's still a great piece for filling an album or folder.
Also, check out the wear across Liberty's hair, breast and the shield. Even a net grade wouldn't be Mint State, I'm afraid. Unless this is a weak strike, which I doubt.

Yes, I agree with everyone else on this. Those horizontal hairlines do jump out at you, not to mention the dings between the stars and shoulder.
