FSH: Coin in hand, opened box Dolley Madison Uncirculated - under issue price

I have one Dolley Madison UNC in the opened mint box in hand, with all mint packaging. I actually have the coin, this is not "on order". I examined the coin, and feel it would not grade MS70 at PCGS due to a tick in he obv field, but it's still a nice example.
Issue was $509.95 + shipping, I will sell it for $505.00 including registered/insured shipping in the USA. Paypal ok, but buyer pays all fees.
