Gotta love being harassed on ebay for CU stuff...

I am selling a few things and get an email through ebay system (valid) from whoever RSH57 is (ebay ID, I forget/don't know the CU ID) complaining about me getting him kicked off the CU forums.

Obviously if he has such an attitude problem and carries it outside of these forums to ebay, it is a good thing he is no longer on these forums.

So, to whoever rsh57 (ebay ID) was around here, since he is most likely an alt or lurking, good riddance image

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    I have gotten two angry messages through the eBay message system about comments I made about the venture-that-will-not-be-named, by someone who can't post here anymore. Harassment? Yeah, maybe.

    I knew he was on my blocked list (there and as Stellar here) but didn't put the pieces together.
    Explains a lot....he must be either out on "good behaviour" or drinking again (or both)....

    I only shared this ebay correspondence to one gentleman here, but I can't keep it in any longer.

    I found a coin advertised as the "FINEST KNOWN"... I started a thread about it. I wrote the seller and only to point out that I thought his ad was a little misleading.

    He responded with this :

    Dear twosides2acoin,

    Here is what I am in the process of doing. I have my attorney drawing up a lawsuit against all the people on the chat boards that post their opinion about me if he deems it slanderous in any way. As you have admitted being part of it I will make sure you are included in the suit.

    Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but they are not entitled to post an untruth on the net.

    The coin business is in shambles as far as rules and regulations go. The ANA is suing their own board members, instead of setting up national rules. The vast majority of dealers who belong to the ANA are crooks. They clean coins and they knock the other grading companies. The good old boy network is dead. There are hundreds of grading companies and soon to be thousands old grading companies.

    People like you want things to stay the same because you were part of the monopoly but my friend the box has been opened and it will never be closed. I honestly look forward to the suit, you think I am just bluffing but I am not.

    There are rules of harassment at eBay if you contact me again I will do my best to get you suspended. Enough said By the way I don't care what you think or PCGS thinks

    Anybody see any law suit familiarity to past actions on these boards?

    My advice... keep records of conversations.

    The seller you are talking about, and the person who sent me (and Russ it appears) harassing messages on ebay which had nothing to do with the auctions/coins, are obviously of the same (lack of) class.

    You are right, in a way STONE, but, I just take this instride and figure it shows more about his personality than it bothers me.

    As for a different ebay name, yeah, but if one lists auctions here, then it isn't hidden anyway, so I just report it to ebay and move on. He was already blocked and maybe ebay will punt him for the multiple harassments (Russ, Jerry, me, etc).

    I once had someone (else) harrassing me on the boards who took the battle to eBay. They bought several of my coins with BINs, left vile negative feedback (basically "you can go straight to hell" sort of stuff), and never paid. Of course they were using an alt and eBay refused to follow the breadcrumbs back to their real ID (which is used to sell all kinds of crap). Got the f/b removed, my fees refunded, the user was booted from NGC's boards and their alt was NARUed. Took a couple weeks, however, and the seller's still around. It was a true pain in the butt. Good reason to locate the username of board trolls and block them from bidding.
