I've reported this seller as selling counterfeits twice now and nothing is happening. Please take a look
at the mintmark and if you agree report him/her.
thanks,

Yes, both of their CC dollars are counterfeit.
For one thing, both have an obverse style of 1921.

He also sold an 1892S dollar and has pos. feedback for it already. I wonder if that too was fake?

That 1892-S looks genuine to me, although obviously cleaned (EF details, not even close to MS61 as claimed).

The problem with the link is that you don't get to tell them your basis. They look at it, contact him, and he swears it's real. They're not numismatists so they don't know what to do.

Send an e-mail to rswebhelp@ebay.com with your basis for calling it conuterfeit and that you have confirmed with experts in the series, PCGS authorized, dealers or whoever has chimed in to confirm your opinion. They'll feel much better about taking it down with a factual description and back up opinions. --Jerry

I agree with notwilight. When you report acounterfeit coin to eBay, you need to be very specific. Don't just say "it's counterfeit", say "it's counterfeit because the CC's are too close together compared with the genuine CC coin for that year, and the obverse of the coin is the obverse of 1921 which wasn't used in any year prior to 1921". Then maybe whoever at ebay that looks at these will decide to remove the auction.
