Poll (I hope): Are Coin TV Shows Good for the Hobby

I don't have cable, but have enjoyed watching Coin Vault and other similar shows hocking an amazing array of stuff. Don't get me wrong, I can't imagine BUYING anything from these shows, but I am wondering, do you think these shows help the hobby by getting more people interested? Or does it hurt the hobby after all these folks realize what suckers they've been? Please explain your answers.
