Hey, Gembens. Remember that NICEST '49d you offered an arm for?

If I remember correctly, Mike, you offered me your right arm for this stunning coin, you know the finest toned pcgs ms66fbl '49d? I think you called it "The Christmas Tree"? (And, folks, this is one of the most beautifully toned high-grade FBLs) I turned down your offer at that time. Do you have an offer made in US currency? You probably would want to have me reholder it for you before delilvery, as it's pedigreed. Thanks for your oh-so-gentlemanly response, in advance.
Sincerely,
Steve

  • Wow, you guys are fast. I have been offered a middle finger and two pie holes for this beautiful coin. The coin has been sold. Thank you for all your PMs.

    Pop 1, aka RC:

Do the "pie holes" you have been offered have anything to do with the Iron Chiefs you are now using as your insignia??

Mike is one of the most knowledgable Franklin collectors out there. (Pun intended. He can be "out there" sometimes.)
Hey Mike. Play nice, and join us for a discussion of, say, Franklin halves. Your expertise is welcome.
