1880 VAM

I have flip-flopped on this 1880 DMPL for some time. Thought I would pass this along to see what others might think it is. The lower reverse looks hub doubled. The second 8 is doubled at the lower right of the upper loop. The 0 is doubled outside top and inside lower left. The 1 has something going one (doubling?) above the left side of the lower crossbar. The obverse is rusted.

Yep, that's a morgan allright. Nothing there that I can see....at least not of enough significance to
make a VAM out of it. Just a nice Morgan Dollar, one out of 12,500,000 made.
    Nice pics tho.

I might send it next time. I had it pegged as VAM-28, VAM-24, VAM-37 and a few others over the past couple years.
