Hard to tell the luster, but you say it is a scan, so the luster would not show much. I like the toning, and the strike for the patched 3 variety. Don't see wear. I am suspicious that PCGS undergraded this Bustie. If the luster is sufficient, I think PCGS would normally grade this one a minimum of AU 58.
This is definitely a coin I would like to place in my collection.
I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

I have no idea what that is. I don't see when I am looking at the coin with a 10x.
my scans always bring out the strangest things.
