Need help, what happened to the 84CC obv?

In going through some of my CC's, I found 3 that had the same curved line from about 8:00 to almost 9:00 inside the wreath. They also had some stage of the spike above the wing pointing toward the n in In, and the obvious clash inside the wreath at almost 3:00. Is this a specific vam? Thanks

That's a clash of the face profile (bridge of the nose)

Could be a VAM 3-A.

In doing some more research, it also appears to have the die break at the left wreath top of the Vam 3. I haven't found any comments on the "spike " above the left wing.

I'm guessing the obverse disappeared since all I see is the reverse

Sharp coin! Too bad the grader cut himself on it and bled on the coin!

Looks like a 66 reverse, without the blood.

That sure displays the nose curve very well. Great way to show clash points. Any thoughts on the spikes pointing toward the In??

Looks like clashes. Notice also the triangular outline at the inside edge at the top of the right side of the wreath on the reverse. This represents a clash mark from the back of Ms. Liberty's cap.
