Submission Order?

I've heard of submissions 'set up' by the order of the coins. Can someone explain why that is important and why it would make a difference to graders. Would it alter the 8th coin if the 1st one listed was the fill in to make your 8 th sub. Do you always put the most valueable first or highest expected grade first. Should you keep all gold together or like coins together,Just trying to learn and understand. Thanks in advance

Its sort of like operant conditioning. If you have 8 sure 65's and one maybe 65 you would put the 8 sure things first so that the grader gets saturated with or aka "used to" seeing a 65 so he would be more likely to give the 9th coin a 65 too. If you put it first you would probably get a 64 and 8 65s since I doubt that you would get a 65 and 8 66s. Keep in mind that this approach only increses the probabilty of getting a higher grade and is not a guarantee. Also the grader could go back and review any grades he gave out.
