Sad that you had to sub twice on a few of these. Two of them came back with different results. Congrats on the upgrades, I can't help but wonder just what is going on with their Q/A & Q/C. I did Quality Assurance and Quality Control inspections and would probably loose my job if I had inconsistencies like this. And there is no way you could ever recoup your expenses for the first sub. Anyway, congrats!!!

Yeah... you know, I can ALMOST understand an occasional 8 getting a 7 or vice-versa, but the trimmed thing is completely ridiculous! A grader's judgement is one thing but I just don't see how they can reject cards saying they were trimmed when they really weren't. I mean, what criteria are they supposedly using to determine trimming anyway?
