3 NGC 70's 06 proof buff + 07 platinum 25$ + $50$. Should I take chance of possible downgrade???

I got 06 proof gold buff and 1/4 oz plat 07 and 07 1/2 oz regular bullion issue NGC 70's. Should I take a chance of downgrade and try the cross. thx

    why not?

    I like gambling, it's certainly more fun than playing the lottery.

    It's my understanding that a PCGS MS69 is equivalent to an NGC MS70 on bullion.

    Even PCGS 70s frequently will not regrade at 70 - way too subjective. If you have an NGC 70 I would keep it in the NGC. Might as well expect a "69" when it crosses as you will only be gambling on the higher grade. I do not agree with the opinion that a p69 = n70. Worse yet a p70 when cracked out stands a good chance from ngc coming back a "69" and then you would be sorry...
