What do you expect from your numismatic professional in 2008?

The new year is just around the corner, and it is time to think about expectations for the coming year. What do you expect from your numismatic professional in 2008? And I don't mean just "great coins". I mean something that they can offer that will separate them from the sea of vest pocket dealers, wannabes, mom and pop shops, B&M dealers, small dealers, medium dealers, large dealers, auction firms, commercial dealers, etc., etc.

I, for one, will be looking for more automation from my dealers. For example, I would like to be notified via email when there are newps posted, or when there has been a signficant change to their website. I envision that my available time to click refresh buttons and scour lots of websites will be reduced in 2008, so I will be looking for dealers to provide a little automation for my procedures. A great example of this efficiency is CoinRaritiesOnline's Early Bird email. In one (or occasionally two) emails, I get a succinct list of the newps and a great deal of information.

What are you looking for from your dealers in 2008?
Always took candy from strangers
Didn't wanna get me no trade
Never want to be like papa

Brothers, I only dealt with two dealers in 2007. I know I'll get the same next year as I got this year....good personal service. These two brothers ( and one's office manager ) were always willing to talk, share a story or a laugh. It ain't always about the coin.

Keeping me informed of great coin auctions around the world and conservative eyeballs. ( the same as in 2007)
I manage money. I earn money. I save money .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
