This one I picked up at a semi-local dealer. Color is almost exact as in hand. Opinions/Overton #? My first '10 Bustie.

Doesn't look like a staple scratch to me. A little chatter on the face, almost looks line micro grafitti - is that an "m s" I see?

I do not have my overton handy but as I recall, there are no rare varieties for the year (at least nothing rarer than an R3).

Appears to be a solid VF example even with the several minor rim bumps and assuming no grafitti.

I don't believe it's graffiti, it almost looks to be pitting of some sort in front of the hair curls in front of the ear.
